Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end import clearance process for shipments arriving at UAE seaports, airports, and land borders.
Prepare and submit import documentation to grant all the required import approvals from EDE, MOIAT, Customs Authority, etc.
Accurately classify goods using HS Codes and calculate duties, taxes, and exemptions as applicable.
Coordinate with customs brokers and the transportation company for timely delivery and clearance.
Monitor shipment status and resolve any customs holds, inspections, or delays.
Maintain up-to-date records of all import documents, including BOEs (Bills of Entry), delivery orders, and clearance reports.
Measure & track all the required Key performance indicators for the clearance process.
Provide internal teams (e.g., procurement, warehousing) with real-time updates on incoming shipments.
Submit all the invoices on time to the finance department to ensure the on-time recording of all expenses.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any relevant field.

Job Description:
The Duty Officer is responsible for ensuring that all flight-related activities and requests have been arranged and completed. This includes obtaining permits, completion of ground handling and baggage handling services, catering, and fueling for each flight.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the activities of the Flight Coordinators, Operations Coordinator, and Ramp team.
Coordinate services for catering, fueling, and any other services to be organized as per instructions and customer needs.
Review the aircraft handling checklist to ensure fueling, catering, flight plan, and route for each flight have been updated and completed.
Stay updated on roster changes.
Ensure that the airside vehicles are clean and ready for the arrival/departure of crew and passengers.

Job Description:
The Operations Coordinator at the FBO is responsible for creating flights on the system, ensuring that all flight details and customer requests are present in the system, and assisting with customer service requests. This person reports to the FBO Operations Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide current airport information for crew and passengers (weather/flight plan, locations, services, etc.).
Operate office equipment, including but not limited to, air-to-ground radios (base station), ground radios, internal CRM system, computers, and phones as required.
Coordinate with the Duty Officer on customer service tasks, including assisting customers with questions about the trip, hotel reservations, ground transportation, catering, local attractions, and activities etc.
Use internal systems to update and view flight details, special customer requests, and fueling services.
Wear and maintain a professional uniform as supplied by Jetex along with PPE.

Job Description:
The incumbent is responsible for monitoring all activities from a centralized control room relating to activities in and around all premises. The incumbent is mainly responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior, and contacting the authorities when necessary.
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that the Security Operation runs strictly and accordingly with the prescribed security standard.s
Initial registration, investigation, and conclusion of incidents & or accidents reported.
Ensure all registers in place in CCTV are up to date and all equipment is in excellent working order. Maintaining Logbooks, access control, and key control.
Screen Monitoring, Tape/Media Management / Incident reporting.
Liaise with the police and other monitored radio networks.
CCTV Operator. Additionally, CCTV Operators must also be able to maintain and repair that same equipment, whether it’s analogue or digital.
Watch surveillance, make observations, store footage, and report incidents.
Qualification:
Secondary education
Must be a certified CCTV Operator awarded by a certified training institute in the UAE.
Military or Police Background is desirable.
Must be medium built, mentally, and physically fit.
Must have a valid first aid certificate awarded by a certified training institute in the UAE.
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
Able to read, write, and speak English.
Knowledge of pool equipment & maintenance.
Knowledge of lifesaving methods and procedures, including first aid and standard resuscitation measures.
