Job Description:
Responsible for the planning and coordination of the strategic and refurbishment projects & monitoring the project team’s overall process and operations from conceptualization until completion within the budget’s goals and the required deadline.
Job Responsibilities:
Developing detailed project schedules with cost loading and ensuring consistency with contract documents (Conditions of Contract, Specifications, Bill of Quantities, Drawings, …)
Identifying the major milestones, critical approvals, and long lead procurement items
Analysing gaps between the planned and actual progress, highlighting the areas of concern that required action from the associate task member.
Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure that all outlined deadlines for project phases (Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Installation) are met according to the project plan.

Job Description:
